This is so true.

2 things are unfortunate:

1. That so many people believe the main cause of their misfortune is the government.

2. That any single elected official...even a US president, no matter how well intentioned in most cases simply doesn&#039;t have the power to make a significant difference in the lives of the average voter.

Most of the positive changes that take place in the world are because ordinary people in ordinary communities decided to change things themselves.
