Reminds me of a few telemarketers I worked with back in the day.
One had worked for a company that did fund raising work for charities. They went by the name AllPro, which was short for All Profit. They kept somewhere in the range of 90% of the funds they raised.
Whenever an agent made a sale the "lead" would be brought upstairs to the high conversion, hard sell agents who would call them back and make another "sale".
They were (and still are, under another name) in business for years and developed a lengthy sucker list.
