In this case, it&#039;s not so much testing as it is relationship building. I am on a ton of lists and very few of them know how to build relations. They know how to bombard me with offers. Most of them remind me of the used car salesman that you hate to see walking your way when you are looking at cars.

Anyway, building better relations with your list is a strategy that many &quot;so called&quot; marketers miss.
